What kind of apparel printing do you offer? We produce all apparel using screen printing and heat transfer. Your design as well as the quantity of apparel pieces needed, will determine the best production method used for your order.
Can you print individual names or numbers on my items? Absolutely! We can use heat transfer to personalize your order, even in addition to a screen printed design!
Can I mix and match different styles and garment colors within my order? Of course! But please keep in mind, mixing darks and lights may result in an ink color change fee. We would notify you of this when confirming your order details- our policy is NO hidden charges!
I have noticed many on-line printers using “Iron-on Transfer” printing. What is that and how does it differ from your methods? Iron-ons are the cheapest route but will never last! Our professional heat transfer equipment and screen printing services will make your design last as long as the life of your shirt!
What brands of apparel do you offer? We frequently use Anvil, Gildan, American Apparel, and Bella, but we can get most any other apparel you may be looking for. Our policy is just ask!
I need help with my artwork – can you help? We offer professional graphic design services, so even if you don’t have a print-ready design we will work with you to get there. Some basic design work is even included in all of our pricing!
Do I need to have print ready artwork? No. If print ready artwork is not available, you can take advantage of our full service graphic design department. In order to best serve you, we will ask that you provide a list of design ideas, or a “blueprint” of what you have in mind to eliminate any extra steps. Additional fees will apply.
How do I get my artwork files to you? With the advancement of technology, we try to make it as easy as possible for you to work with us. You can submit any artwork or inspirations with us via email, by sharing the files on Google Drive or DrppBox!
What can I apply vinyl to? Our vinyl can be applied to nearly any clean, dry, flat surface. We frequently apply it to windows, vehicles, and signage. If applied properly, and removed carefully, there should be little to no damage to your surface.
What type of vinyl do you use? We use Avery 7yr High Performance Vinyl. Premium quality, flexible, opaque solid color medium gloss vinyl films designed for use in a wide range of sign-making applications including intermediate term outdoor projects.
Will I see a sample before you run my order? Absolutely! We will NEVER print anything without an approved proof.
What do you do in-house? All design, vinyl work, large format printing, stickers, decals, heat transfers and screen printing are completed in house by the resident inkslingers. As we continue to grow into a new production facility and expand our equipment, we will
Are there any set up fees? We charge $20 per print color as a set up. This cost is added to the entire order, not each individual garment.
How long will production take? Once your design proof has been approved, production will take 7-10 business days.
What payment methods do you offer? We accept cash, check, credit/debit, PayPal and Bitcoin!
Will you ship to a hotel I’m staying at? Absolutely! We frequently ship to hotels for our customers that are participating in trade shows or other out-of-town events.
How much are shipping charges? Shipping charges will depend on 2 factors: the weight of your package and the destination of your package. We ship all over the US every single day and receive great rates from both UPS and FedEx. Your location and size of your order will determine the final shipping price.
